Refund & Replacement Policy
At AssignmentHypermart, we take pride in delivering high-quality services to our clients. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the service provided, we are happy to offer a refund or replacement. Please read the following policy carefully.
Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with the service provided by AssignmentHypermart, you may request a refund. However, we have a strict policy regarding refunds. The following conditions must be met in order to qualify for a refund:
- The request for refund must be made within 14 days of the delivery of the completed work.
- PDF & Digital Downloads are Non Refundable & Non Transaferable. Handmade Hardcopy orders are eligible for refund only if incorrect Assignments are delivered.
- The work must not have been used or shared with any other party.
- The work must not have been revised or modified by the client.
- The reason for the refund must be provided in writing.
If these conditions are met, AssignmentHypermart will issue a refund within 7 business days of the request being made. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse a refund if we believe that the work has been used, shared, or revised.
Replacement Policy
If the completed work does not meet the quality standards promised by AssignmentHypermart, you may request a replacement. The following conditions must be met in order to qualify for a replacement:
- The request for replacement must be made within 14 days of the delivery of the completed work.
- The work must not have been used or shared with any other party.
- The work must not have been revised or modified by the client.
- The reason for the replacement must be provided in writing.
- The client must provide clear and specific feedback on the aspects of the work that require improvement.
If these conditions are met, AssignmentHypermart will provide a revised version of the work within the agreed upon timeframe. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse a replacement if we believe that the work has been used, shared, or revised.
